These are perhaps the hardest of all the Ethiopian beans to find, that is quality beans of course. For those of you who relish African coffees this is yet another reason to get out of bed in the morning. The coffee may be described as winey and full bodied but it is not punchy or intense. For those of you that prefer a milder acidity, this is the one. We roast these beans at lower temperatures and for longer durations to enable the coffee's unique character to develop.
