This very lightly roasted blend of South American Colombian coffees. This coffee will appeal to all of you who prefer milder, flavorful coffees. Because the beans retain a higher density due to their lighter roast profile, coffees of this type when brewed by volume (scoops), arguably have a higher caffeine content than their darker roasted counterparts.
